Beginning Yoga Series

Yoga truly can be for everyone. It doesn't have to be extreme to be effective, and it can transform your body and mind, and leave you feeling healthier and more relaxed.

If you've always wanted to try yoga but don't know where to start, or if you are newer to the practice and want to fine tune your asana, this series is for you.

In a small group setting we will work through basic asanas, breathing techniques, safe stretching, and more and will focus on how each individual can appropriately and safely practice.

Women's Pelvic Floor Series

Nearly all women experience issues with weak pelvic muscles at some point during their lives, and in most cases it is reversible. Conditions such as leakage, postpartum discomfort, and prolapse can and do improve with a focused practice. 

In this semi-private class, come learn how you can return your body to health. It's time to move past these life-inhibiting issues and live care-free again.
